"Let's Go!" contains the first season of the Cartoon Network show Hi Hi Puffy AmiYumi. In the show animated versions of Ami and Yumi go through a series of adventures living life as a traveling rock group.

The shows also feature the real Ami and Yumi doing short and silly skits in-between episodes. Themes include messing with the camera, shooting some basketball, turning up the speaker until the power blows and having a tea party.

The DVD extras include a brief interview with Ami, Yumi and their real life manager Kaz.

When asked about why he likes being a manager Kaz said: "I can work with the extreme and create new trends. I like to create new culture."

When asked to describe Puffy's style Ami said: "I can't say exactly what our style is. Just to stay open minded, to be able to do things when and how we want and change at any given time."
