"Rock Forever!" contains the second season of the Cartoon Network show Hi Hi Puffy AmiYumi. In the show animated versions of Ami and Yumi go through a series of adventures living life as a traveling rock group.

Like the first season, the shows feature the real Ami and Yumi doing short and silly skits in-between episodes. Themes include some "para para" dancing, breaking a camera and a ramen noodle eating contest.

The DVD extras include a short Japanese lesson with Ami, Yumi and Kaz saying the words for "Go for it," "thank you' and "cute."
